IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
To be published in the IEEE WPW 2022 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one Author of an accepted paper is required to register for the confence and the paper must be presented. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full rate non-student registration is valid for up to two (2) conference papers, one limited rate registration is valid for up to one (1) conference paper, a one-day registration is not valid for any conference paper.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from the conference proceedings and from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
The deadline for Author registration is May 5, 2022.

Welcome reception is limited to registrations before June 15 (National security reason - Access to the Bordeaux City Hall)

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be sent in writing to wpw2022@u-bordeaux.fr. The registration fee will not be refunded to the authors if it is required to cover the publication expenses of accepted papers.
Cancellations received before May 31 2022 are refundable minus a 100 € processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
Unused lunch, industry keynote and banquet tickets will be neither refunded nor exchanged with other tickets or services.
