IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
To be published in the IEEE EDOC 2019 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, each accepted paper must have one of its authors registered to the conference before the camera ready deadline. The conference organizers reserve the right of removing a paper from the proceedings if no author is officially registered by the camera ready deadline. Moreover, only papers that have been presented by their authors during the conference will be published in IEEE Proceedings.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
The deadline for Author registration is Friday, 16 August 2019.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the edoc2019@ieeefrance.org. The registration fee will not be refunded to the authors if it is required to cover the publication expenses of accepted papers.
Cancellations received before October 3, 2019 are refundable minus a 72 € processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Additional banquet tickets and additional proceedings will not be refunded after October 3, 2019.
Unused lunch and banquet tickets will be neither refunded nor exchanged with other tickets or services.
